Refund Policy
Perfumes / Attars are non - returnable products.
To avoid ending up with a fragrance you do not like, We have made 30ml/tester sets versions of each fragrance for informed purchases of 50ml and 100ml versions.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective by the customer and that would require a clear video of the unpacking.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
To start a return/replacement for damaged products , you can contact us at help@properfumes.in . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
